"EULAgy" is a play on word from Eulogy that describes the end of confusion of an agreement as if it died and a funeral is being held for it. A Eulogy is the symbol of the end of the fineprint confusion, so that a new day of understand is among the end user and can move forward with confidence in the decision they made after.
